As a result of our FOIA audit, the University of Miami Ohio  initially responded with “We would not classify an incident of a sexual nature with stalking, dating violence or domestic violence as the sole incident type."

 

After clarifying we were only looking for rape, gross sexual imposition and sexual battery offenses, the university sent police incident reports. All were sparse- nearly blank in info.
