In response to our FOIA request, this university outright denied request for incident reports, citing the personal nature of the documents and their potential to reveal “embarrassing and intimate details,” which would represent and “unwarranted invasion of privacy.”

·       Also denied request for guidelines and policies regarding how officers are trained to respond to cases of sexual violence, saying that documents of that nature don’t even exist – did provide PowerPoint presentations with similar information.
